RGNs required. We specialize in short (3 months) to long-term (12 months +) hospital-based projects / assignments for Registered Nurses throughout the United Kingdom. Our assignments are full time for a minimum of 3 months and are within NHS hospitals. We are currently seeking experienced, flexible and motivated RGNs for London, England. You will have excellent communication, organizational and inter-personal skills as well as an ability to work well within a team. We require nurses with at least one year post-registration experience to fill Band 5/6/7 positions. These are full-time positions and NMC registration is essential. The position will include the following duties:

Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care for critically ill patients including mentally ill patients in a Critical Care Unit. Dealing with emergencies and preparing patients for examination. Monitoring patient’s progress. Managing ventilated and non-ventilated patients. Administering drugs. Applying surgical dressings and performing clinical duties relevant to a patient’s condition. Assisting medical practitioners. Liaising with multi-disciplinary health professionals. Planning duty rosters. Managing other RNs, and junior staff and mentoring students. Liaising with hospital board/management on issues concerning nursing policies.
